About The Event
Not only is Psalm 119 the longest Psalm it is also the ABC’s of the wonder and majesty of God’s Word.
Each section of Psalm 119 which declares the glory and power of God’s Word is marked by a letter of the Hebrew alphabet. Over the 22 weeks of the season of Pentecost (May 28th– October 22nd) we will be reading responsively each section of Psalm 119. These 176 verses will take us from Spring into Fall recounting the testimonies, precepts, statutes, law, ordinances, commandments, and Word of God.
The very Word Who from the beginning was with God and is God. “And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we have seen his glory, glory as of the only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth.” (John 1:14).
And not surprising that these beautiful passages of the The Bigger Story are weaved into what is nearly at the middle of the Bible.
